Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our team and play a vital role in the installation of (HVAC) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal work, including fabrication, assembly, and installation of HVAC ductwork and related components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installing and fabricating ductwork and cold boxes using hand and power tools.
• Cutting, punching, and threading sheet metal using power saws, drill presses, hand and power shears, pan and box brakes, and cleat benders and rollers
• Fastening joints and seams in sheet metal with solder, welds, caulk, bolts and metal driver clips, ensuring work is done carefully and bonds will last
• Install and secure ducts, vents, grilles, and other components to ensure proper air circulation and distribution throughout buildings.
• Installing assemblies, including pipes, HVAC ducts, flashings, rain gutters and furnace casings in supportive frameworks
• Insulate ductwork and HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
• Securing metal roof panels in place by interlocking and fastening grooved panel edges.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a relevant HVAC apprenticeship program or vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer, demonstrating competence in fabricating, installing, and maintaining HVAC ductwork and components.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
